“Leadership Within is not just another provocative dialogue about effective leadership.
Ryan Waight provides a clear strategy in which both self-discipline and self-mastery are seen as key foundation blocks in being able to influence others.
My experiences in family life, education, professional sport and businesses of all kinds, suggests these are fundamental skills for generating respect and performance outcomes from others”.
Ryan has been absolutely amazing in helping me set my own goals both personally and professionally. He has had a great influence on my life and has improved my productivity immensely.
I couldn’t recommend Ryan highly enough for his work. He has a great ability of being able to relate to me on a personal level which helped me respect his advice and guidance. I feel so much more confident in my role as a people leader.

On the 19th of January 2015 AXIS Employment in Ballarat partnered with Ryan Waight Performance to commence the 'Empowerment to Employment' (Breaking the Cycle) program with 15 participants. Each of the participants started the course with their own barriers that have in the past prevented them from starting and sustaining meaningful employment.
Ryan Waight was able to work with the participants to identify the barriers that they have developed and outlined strategies in order to break the cycle. Ryan was able to work with some challenging participants and was successfully able to iild relationships and break down certain behaviours and attitudes.
Ryan worked closely with the Employment Consultants at AXIS Employment and invited their participation in the 10 session program. Ryan developed reports on each participant for the employment consultants and has continued to offer support and assistance past the completion of the program.
AXIS Employment fully endorses 'Empowerment to Employment' by Ryan Waight Performance. The value of the program has been remarkable in changing the attitudes and behaviours of the participants. Many participants of the program have since completed interviews with prospective employers and have found employment, while others have a new found motivation to reach their employment goals. The result of the program for the organisation will not only help reach our performance goals but bring significant financial benefit.

UFS Medical are passionate about professional development and each year we encourage our staff to attend team building and customer service training. This year we were looking for training sessions with a point of difference, something more than simple PowerPoint presentations. We met with Ryan from Ryan Waight Performance and immediately knew he would facilitate a session that engaged our staff. Ryan educates and facilitates in a very down to earth and relatable way, he includes everyone in discussions and encourages participation which improves learning outcomes. Our staff were more engaged, focused and enthusiastic than previous training sessions we have held. We will definitely be calling Ryan for our training sessions again next year.
